Hello Gorgeous!

I‘m Shannel,  professional makeup artist and CEO of West Coast Makeup + Hair, a bridal makeup and hair team servicing the PNW, So Cal & Arizona.  

I'm based in Santa Barbara, CA  while still booking and managing my team of artists in Portland, Oregon. I LOVE to travel for elopement &  destination weddings, as well as teach and mentor other artists in the industry. When I'm not working I love spending time at the beach with my baby girl Ellie.

As a licensed esthetician of 8 years, I recognized  my love for glam  at a very young age. I remember as a little girl being obsessed with my Granny’s huge vanity, it’s mesmerizing drawers full of lipsticks and blushes. I would sit there for hours on end either doing my own make up or admiring and studying how she did hers. Growing up a dancer I was also the go to girl for hair or make up and always putting  on everybody’s lashes.   

I am such a hopeless romantic and I can honestly say I found my true passion for make up and hair in the wedding industry. I love everything about weddings, the energy, the love, and the magic. There’s truly nothing more fulfilling than being chosen and trusted to make a bride feel her most beautiful on such an intimate and special day. I can’t wait to meet you!
